公司研發團隊融合了多學科領域的領軍人物和優秀人才，包括來自美國斯坦福大學、華中科技大學、武漢理工大學等著名院校的智能制造與控制、精密設備、嵌入式系統與開發的專家、博士和資深教授。首席技術總監陳定方教授現為武漢理工大學機械工程、計算機應用技術、物流技術與裝備專業博士生導師，計算機輔助設計、人工智能與專家系統、科學計算可視化與計算機仿真、基于網絡的虛擬設計/制造等方面的國家級專家。速美科技與國內多所知名高校合作，凝聚了一支具有高水平技術開發能力的研發團隊，60%以上員工均有博士和研究生學歷。在機械設計、智能控制、材料成型等領域擁有雄厚的科研能力，形成了3D打印軟硬件、3D打印激光技術研發及應用、功能梯度材料研發的全企業產業鏈，獲得了多項發明專利和軟件著作權。
